However, participants hold the responsibility of attending the in-person classroom training, and the training provider, the training center, instructor or other participants will not be held responsible for the exposure to or infection by the Coronavirus.
During the current COVID-19 crisis, the “Guaranteed to Run Bootcamp, Refund and Rescheduling Policy” is limited by:
COVID-19 Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy is applicable until June 30th, 2022 and Participants agree to our terms and conditions while signing up with Certification Planner, LLC.
1. The government’s restriction to conduct in-person classroom training in any state or area
2. Lockdowns initiated by the government or other concerned bodies
3. Virus infection to the instructor or any participant
4. Or any other reason Instructor or the participant request to cancel the class due to travel, health or safety reasons
We value your safety, and in-person classroom or live online training may be postponed or canceled in any of the conditions mentioned above. If an in-person classroom or live online class is canceled because of any of the reasons mentioned above, the participant may choose to:
1. Receive a “CP Credit Note” with one-year validity.
2. Switch to other available training models with a balance refund
3. Change the course and training dates
4. Reschedule the training for future available dates.
Use of Credit voucher:
The credit voucher will have a validity of one year, and the participant can use the credit voucher to enroll in future training.
• The credit voucher can be used for any course having the same value as the credit voucher.
• The credit voucher can be used to select multiple course/training model given the total cost does not exceed the value of the Credit Voucher.
• The credit voucher can be used only once.
• In case the participant uses the credit voucher for future in-person or live online training, he or she will have to choose from the existing training dates.
• The Credit Voucher is not transferable to other participants or learners.
• The participant will have to give a one week notice before the use of credit voucher in case of in-person and live online training
Mandatory Safety Measures in Classroom:
Safety measures mandate the use of safety masks by participants and instructors, at all times, within the training premise and during the training. In the interest of public safety, violation of safety measures will directly lead to expulsion from the said training. In case a participant exhibits any symptoms of COVID-19, he or she should report the same to the training center, the support team, and the local authorities.
Certification Planner will provide necessary guidance to all the delegates and will support the training center in conducting the training in a safe and healthy environment. However, participants hold the responsibility of attending the in-person classroom training, and the training provider, the training center, instructor or other participants will not be held responsible for the exposure to or infection by the Coronavirus.
